What to do when an Article or URL won't import?

When importing an Article or Video, if you receive an error message please use the button that appears with the error message to Report the URL. 

If the Article only partially imports, please contact support@breezio.com and let us know by copy/paste the URL into the email.

At any time you can email support@breezio.com to report an error importing content into Breezio. It's helpful if you provide the URL in the email as well as any screenshots to help us troubleshoot.
